Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 50 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 glass of small coffee
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fonte Torre extra virgin olive oil
Preparation Coffee banana dessert
Cut the bananas into slices and brown them on both sides in a pan; when they are well browned, place them on a sheet of absorbent paper and keep them in the oven at low temperature. In a separate pan, melt the flour by gradually adding the milk; Gradually add the sugar, the honey, the butter cut into pieces, the coffee and the salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream is thick.
At this point arrange the fried bananas on a serving plate and cover them with the cream. Finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon and serve immediately.
