PRESERVATION STANDARDS:
The oil should be stored away from heat and light. Any sediment at the bottom will be caused by natural clarification.
PACKAGING TYPE:
White ceramic bottle with round base, 0.75 litre, with dispensing cap.
EXTRACTION SYSTEM:
The milling takes place between 12 and 24 hours after the arrival of the olives at the oil mill; the extraction is carried out by a continuous cycle plant exclusively with mechanical means, technologically advanced, which allows us to keep the temperature and the processing time under constant control.
COLOUR:
Soft green (colour is not an indicator of the quality of the oil, it may vary according to storage conditions and over time).
TASTE:
Vegatable, with well-balanced bitterness and spiciness.
AROMA:
Well-balanced vegetable scent.
